Privacy Policy

This policy covers the ThaiCircle app and website, operated by Decodation LLC. It explains the information used for accounts, community profiles, messages, publications, subscriptions, notifications and safety.
Administrative access to conversations
Authorized administrators may review stored private conversations for support, complaint investigation and safety. Review requires a stated reason and is recorded in a restricted audit log. Conversations are not published or made available to other members. Messages are not end-to-end encrypted against the service operator. Do not send passwords, payment credentials or identity documents in chat.
Automated submission review
To review dating profiles, marketplace listings and photo reports, ThaiCircle sends the text and photos submitted for publication to OpenAI. Private chats, hidden travel dates, search preferences and account credentials are not sent for this review. Suitable submissions may be approved automatically; uncertain cases and failed checks go to manual review. This does not verify identity, ownership or a member's trustworthiness. You can withdraw your submission and contact support to request a review of a decision.
AI character chats
The directory may include fictional adult AI characters, clearly labelled in profiles and chats. Only after your consent, your opening message and up to 12 recent messages in that character chat are sent to OpenAI for replies and safety checks. Human-to-human conversations are not sent by this feature. We disable response storage in the OpenAI Responses API; the provider's data retention policies still apply. Blocking a character or hiding your profile stops pending replies; deleting your account removes associated jobs. Do not send identity documents, payment details or other sensitive information. AI characters cannot meet in real life, do not verify identity, and can make mistakes.
Account and profile information
We process your account identifier, email, sign-in provider and any name, profile photo or phone number you provide. Community features may store your biography, age, gender, dating preferences, languages, residence status, connection goals, city, district, travel dates and visibility choices. Dating preferences can reveal sensitive information. Public profile fields are shown according to the applicable visibility and moderation rules; hidden fields are not intended for public display.
Messages, photos and publications
We store private messages, sender and recipient identifiers, photo attachments, reactions and read status to operate conversations. We also process listings, business profiles, events, photo reports, uploaded images and support or abuse reports. Public submissions can be shown to other users after moderation. Do not upload identity documents, passwords, payment credentials or other people's private information.
Location information
City and district choices provide approximate location. Map pins and addresses supplied for listings, businesses or venues may contain precise coordinates even when you select them manually. A public business or listing location may be visible on its map. Manual selection does not mean that no location data is collected; check the location you publish.
Notifications and device information
Firebase processes installation identifiers and APNs/FCM registration tokens, along with device, operating-system, app-version, language and time-zone information needed for notification delivery. We link registered devices and notification preferences to your account. Sender/message previews require an explicit choice and may expose private content on a locked phone. You can change categories and previews in the app and notification permissions in your phone settings.
Purchases and subscription access
The applicable store or payment provider processes payments. RevenueCat and our server process account-linked purchase history, product and transaction references, subscription status and verified access periods for receipt validation, fraud prevention, paid features and subscription analytics. ThaiCircle does not ask you to send full card details in chat or support requests. Deleting an account or uninstalling the app does not cancel a subscription; manage cancellation with the provider that sold it.
Operations, diagnostics and advertising
Server requests can include IP addresses, user-agent information, timestamps and security or abuse signals. Firebase Performance may collect launch/network performance, resource use and device information. Product interactions may support organizer/business statistics and operational analysis. Sponsored placements are identified as advertising; sponsorship is not an identity or safety guarantee. ThaiCircle does not sell personal data. Backend keys and private service credentials are not made public.
Service providers and external links
Google/Firebase provides authentication, storage, database, notifications and infrastructure services. RevenueCat supports purchase verification and subscription analytics. OpenAI processes the applicable AI requests and submission-review material described above. Apple, Google and the applicable web payment provider handle their own payment records. Providers apply their own data-handling and retention rules. Opening an external map, organizer, transport or other website also subjects that visit to the external service's policy.
Retention, access and deletion
Account and content records are retained as needed to provide the selected features, resolve support or safety cases and maintain subscription and security records. You can edit or hide a profile, close a listing and request account deletion inside the app or through the deletion page. Cleanup may require reauthentication and may continue after the initial request; rely on the completion state rather than uninstalling the app. Some transaction, security, legal or provider records may need to remain. Contact support to request access, correction or deletion assistance.
Adult accounts and contact
Accounts, community participation and dating are intended for adults aged 18 or over. An adult confirmation is self-declaration, not verified government identity or a parental-control service. To report an underage account, a privacy concern or a rights request, contact Decodation LLC at decodationllc@gmail.com. Do not send sensitive documents unless a necessary secure process has been agreed.
