Last updated: October 10, 2026
ThaiCircle is a structured information and safety product for Thailand-related planning, services, community workflows, and tools.
Web subscriptions and refunds
ThaiCircle web subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled: Creator is USD 9.99 (1 event and 1 photo report per paid month), Creator Pro is USD 29.99 (4 events and 4 photo reports), and Business Pro is USD 19.99. There is no free trial. The final amount and applicable taxes are displayed before payment confirmation. Payment availability depends on your country and the payment provider.
Cancel the next renewal through subscription management in your account or by contacting support. Ordinary cancellation retains access until the end of the paid term. Deleting the app or account does not cancel a subscription. To request a voluntary refund of a web payment, contact decodationllc@gmail.com within 14 days of the relevant charge with your account email and receipt number, without card details. Access provided by the refunded payment ends after a confirmed refund. This policy does not restrict mandatory consumer rights. Apple purchase refunds are handled through Apple.
Adult community
Accounts, community participation and dating require you to be at least 18 years old. Do not create an account for a child, misrepresent your age or use another person's identity. Adult confirmation does not make a profile identity-verified.
Informational service
Content and AI-assisted guidance are informational and do not replace licensed legal, immigration, medical, financial, or real estate advice.
Provider review
Provider listings and applications may be moderated, rejected, edited, or removed when trust, safety, or policy standards are not met.
Your content and publication rights
Upload only material you own or are permitted to use, with the consent needed from people pictured. You retain your rights and give ThaiCircle a non-exclusive permission to store, process, moderate and display your submission for the service and the visibility you choose. This does not transfer ownership or allow unrelated resale. Do not post unauthorized photographs, posters, personal data, sexual exploitation, threats or unlawful content. A credit or source link alone is not a licence. Report a rights concern to decodationllc@gmail.com with the affected URL and the basis of your claim.
User responsibility
Users are responsible for verifying official rules, provider claims, contracts, licenses, and payment details before acting.
